Rena’s Italian Fishery & Grill is looking for hardworking and team-oriented Bussers / Dining Room Support Team Members to join our opening team in Johns Creek. Bussers are an essential part of our service team and help keep the dining room clean, organized and ready for every guest.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery when appropriate.
- Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
- Refill water and assist with other guest needs as directed.
- Maintain clean, stocked and organized service stations.
- Assist servers with pre-bussing throughout service.
- Transport dirty dishes, glassware and utensils to the appropriate areas.
- Assist with polishing silverware and maintaining clean service items.
- Assist with opening and closing side work.
- Communicate guest needs and service issues to servers or management.
- Assist the host team with seating and table readiness as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional dining environment.
- Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures.
- Support the entire front-of-house team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to safely carry dishes, trays and other items.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
